Welcome to the Journey

It is time to start. I have delved into blogs of friends and strangers, finding value on many fronts. I have imagined the beginning of my own at occasions. I have hesitated for a variety of reasons—I have other writing projects awaiting time and attention. So why start another? And who would really care to peruse my mental wanderings? And would it add value to anyone else’s journey? I can’t say that I have satisfactorily answered these questions. But the intrigue of blogging has finally drawn me in. So here I go. Welcome to my blog.

As I plot my course, at least initially, I don’t want to waste my time writing for no reason. And I am quite confident that you don’t want to waste your time reading trivialities of my life and thought. So what can make this profitable? I suspect it will help if I keep to what I think most about and what I value most. And so it shall be (a least it shall start.)

Spiritual Journeys…People… Life stories…God…Theology… Evangelism and the like. I’ll try not to ramble. I will try not to expose the lives of those who have trusted me in “safe conversation”. So names may change to protect the innocent (and the guilty, alike).

I welcome any conversation with you, any engagement about your thoughts and experiences. You are invited in.

Thanks for joining me in the journey – CoJourners!
